Contemplating Pumpkins

My niece, Vivienne, at the pumpkin patch.

Thanks for Stopping By

For me, scrapbooking is more than just a hobby. It's the best way I know how to keep my mind off my troubles and focus my attention on all the blessings I have in my life.

I used work at a newspaper in the graphics department full-time plus sell digital scrapbook kits on the side. That came to a halt when I was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition called a Chiari Malformation. I've had three surgeries so far that have only made my symptoms worse.

To try and make a long story short, I am no longer able to work and now use the limited time I'm able to spend on the computer to digital scrapbook and maintain my blog. I feel blessed that I am able to do this because it helps me focus on what is important in my life. Some days I think it's what helps me keep my sanity!

I love to give away freebies so please be sure to visit my blog often! If you would like to share my freebies with a friend, please give them a link to my blog. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation! :^)

Thank you for visiting my blog. I would love to hear from you! Please feel free to leave your comments or questions here on my blog or you can write to me at ChristineBeers@hotmail.com

P.S. Although I create my own digital scrapbook papers and embellishments, I also love using products other designers have created. Many generously offer free samples of their work. You can find a list of sites that offer freebies, and other great resources, below.
